Q: How can I get results from an online coach?

A: As a trainer that's worked on gym floors, online coaching can provide a more holistic package. You're not confined to a 30- or 60-minute session, meaning you get more value at a lower price point. Whereas in-gym personal trainers are strictly training-oriented, an online coach can provide more services like nutrition and recovery advice. People often don't realize that what you do outside the gym (sleep, nutrition, stress) is as important as what you do in the gym. Schedule a free consultation for more!


Q: I'm a complete beginner; is this a good option for me?

A: Yes! It's super important for beginners to ingrain proper lifting technique, develop good habits, and avoid harmful mistakes! Included in every package are video lessons, exercise demonstrations, nutrition and recovery guides, daily communication, and optional weekly calls to give you all the expert guidance you need.


Q: How much does training cost?

A: Bigger packages will save you more money. Coaching costs $300/month for 6 months, $350/month for 3 months, or $400/month for 1 month. We give out (very) frequent discounts so check out my Coaching page or email me at coaching@stablifts.com.
